Have you seen this?! Apparently it's gone "viral" but this is the first I've seen of "Baby Yoga".

Obviously my first reaction is "holy crap - that's insane" but upon further reflection I don't know. Dr. Sears suggests holding infants upside down by their hips and swinging them side to side for colic, which I did on a number of occassions. This isn't a million miles from that, I guess. Although you won't see me using this woman as a nanny, that's for sure!

i saw it on Tosh.0, because thats how i get my current events, hahaha...

but since then, i've done a bunch of reading on it..it's CRAZY, i honestly have no idea whether it is seriously dangerous and terrible, and that lady is a nutcase, or who knows maybe she knows something we don't...the kids who she has done it with have grown to be fine...but its terrifying that some nutcases might see this and do it without and knowledge or training

I saw it on Tosh, too, and it made my stomach twist in knots, until I convinced myself that it couldn't possibly be a real baby. So, it actually is?

Dh showed it to me the other day. We watched it a fews times because we couldn't figure out if the baby was real or not. The video freaked me out. Needless to say, I will not be doing this type of yoga with Brady.
