Success after IF
Well this cycle is over....this S U C K S
I guess I'm one of the few that fermara doesn't work for. Today at my appt (cycle day 14) my follies were smaller than they were 4 days ago and my estrogen dropped from 115 to 60. Its over. My body has officially pooped out. I'm so sad. Up next we have the choice of injectables/IUI or just move to IVF. I'm learning toward IVF...

I'm sorry to hear that!
Has your RE ever discussed a combo cycle using the Femara + injectibles? I didn't produce follies at 2.5 mg Femara, or 5 mg Femara alone, but I did on 5 mg Femara CD 3-7 then small amounts of Gonal-F CD 9-12 (I think....it's been so long!).
They arrived at 36 weeks after PTL and bedrest for 14 weeks.
TTC since 2005
missed miscarriage nov 2006- 4 failed clomid cycles-
3 failed femara iui cycles-
moving on to IVF oct 2011
ER nov. 7th
tansfered 2 blasts on 11/10
lots of +hpt!!
beta #1 on 11/21= 50.4
beta #2 on11/23= 90.8
another miscarriage 12/23
moving on to Round 2 of IVF with an auto immune dx
ER 4/23-retrieved 12 eggs
ET 4/28 3 transfered

Femara didn't work for me, either-- on CD 10 my E2 was at baseline and I had nothing going on my ovaries, either. I am sorry, I know I really was hopeful it would work for me!
I went to injectibles, but it ended up being a waste of time for me, I would stim way too fast and had a canceled cycle. I just wasn't mentally prepared for IVF at that point, but I got there fast!

After 21 cycles, and severe MFI, we finally did it with IVF #1 w/ICSI! Nico arrived 12/3/08!!!
