I posted this on the CD board but didn't get much response. Maybe y'all have some ideas.
I want to replace our washer before our first LO comes b/c our current is really old and who knows how much longer it will last, doesn't have a hot wash option for CD's, or pre-rinse/extra rinse, etc.
I searched archives on diaper swappers and a lot of people seemed to recommend Fisher&Paykel top-loader (which I'd never heard of before, not sure how easy to find up here).
What do you recommend or even definitely not recommend? Esp. looking for one that will work well on CD's without manipulating it too much as well as clothes.
Re: Recommend your washer
We have an lg front loader with "Add water" option and "Sanitary" option.
LG (to my knowledge) is the only brand with the add water option. It's WONDERFUL. My clothes get washed regular HE. Diapers on add water. I've used Sanitary on PF and wipes a few times.
It was only like 550 I think? I'm smitten.
