cooper healthcare prenatal yoga

hi all,
wondering if anyone has taken the prenatal yoga classes at the cooper healthcare center in voorhees. seems to be the only prenatal in my area (i'm in cherry hill) that matches my schedule and/or my budget! however, there are no reviews on their site so i'm a bit hesitant to sign up for the 8 week series. thanks!

I'd say just go for it. Any kind of activity like that is good.
Yogawood is another place to look. I loved their mommy and me class while I was on maternity leave.
from what i've seen, yogawood is more expensive than what i'm hoping to pay. but i know they are fantastic-my mil and sil occasionally drop in on classes there.
i'm going to just go for it at cooper. just trying to decide when to start!
