Cloth Diapering

I might have made a really dumb mistake...

Until I actually placed my order, I heard little to no complaints about FuzziBunz diapers. So I ended up ordering 6. Now, having spent my money, I'm reading tons of bad things about them. Should I return some? Or should I just build my stash from here?

Re: I might have made a really dumb mistake...

  • Some people really like FBs.  Some don't.  ::shrug::  I haven't heard anything really bad about them.

  • I have FB perfect size and like them alot. I have mostly BGs but really like the soft fleece lining of the FB. I got size M and feel as though they are a little better of a fit on DS than the BGs.

  • I ordered a few, too - and bought like 10 BG 3.0, and a BG fitted, and 9 tinyGs with 6 small Gs (and I think I may regret this!). - although everything by the FB was used - I'm going to keep everything (plus add a bunch more, of course!), they say different babies fit diapers differently.  You can always resell them in EEUC if your baby doesn't fit them or you don't like them! I figure its better to have too many diapers to start, and then sell what doesn't work, then to not have enough and have to pay too much to buy them then.  But again - I haven't done this before!

  • I like the idea of having a big stash and selling what I don't use...What is EEUC though?

  • Excellent excellent used condition (as far as I know) - just take good care of your dipes, so you can sell what you only use a few times.  You'll make the most of your money back on them this way, but even if they are slightly stained, you'll still do okay!  I bought a big lot, a few with heavy staining - and am sunning them in the nursery window.

  • I love our FB. They're the only pockets I reach for... we have a BG, a few Kawaii, and a few Thirsties. They fit best for us.
  • Don't worry, you may really like them!  Six isn't huge... if you bought 24 I might say worry!  Like pp said you can always sell them.  I actually like our FB one size a lot.  There are so soft inside and more fitted than BG OS.  I also have two FB perfect size M that I like too.

  • 6 is not a lot and you can use one or two at first and then see what you think and then decide if you wan to keep the rest.

  • We have a dozen FB PS and we really like them. We've never had any leaks with them.  They're also our "G'ma and G'pa" diapers since I stuff them for them and all they have to do is put them on like a sposie.

Give them a try for a bit and see how they fit your LO before you decide what to do.   GL!

25 Weeks - GOAL MET 52.2 Pounds gone! 27 Weeks Total Pounds Lost: 54.0
  • When we first started CD'ing DS was around 14 pounds.  We started off in pockets.  FB were the only OS dipes that didn't seem huge/bulky between the legs.  And they wSo I loved them.  We have about a dozen.  That said, as he's gotten bigger, I have come to prefer the BB dipes as he needs the extra between the legs to avoid poo leakage at the gussets.  You will want a mix.  I don't think you've made a mistake at all!
