How do you calculate due date based on ovulation?

When Dr's go by the LMP, you can just count the weeks to todays date and that's how many weeks you are... (the first two weeks are based on ovulating on day 14, right?)  My Dr says I ovulated late and pushed by due date back 1 week.  How would I be able to determine how many weeks I am based on that? I'm also trying to figure out when I conceived.   SOO my LMP was Nov 14 which first gave me a due date of Aug 21 but after a few 1st tri u/s due to problems, it was changed to Aug 26. I'm so confused! I am 9 weeks, so do I count back 7 weeks and ignore the first 2 weeks since we are not going back to LMP.  I hope this makes sense.

BTW I know due dates don't mean much, but I am curious to know around when conception happened.  thanks!
