You know I did the other day and I remember having it a few weeks ago and maybe even before I had a bfp....hhmmmmm....never really thought it could be related. Glad to know I'm not alone!

I had it for 3 days or so right at the beginning of conception. I read that the crazy levels of hormones pumping through your body leave a metallic taste & can even cause bad breath. A spicy dip was my cure those few days & I normally do not like spicy foods.
Thanks for posting this! I told my DH the other day that I felt like I was constantly tasting sulfur (not that I've ever tasted it before, but this is what I think it would taste like). Anyway, since food doesn't sound good to me these days, I just keep brushing my teeth and using a lot of mouthwash! Who knew hormones were the culprit????
I have been drinking out of my BPA free stainless steel water bottle for years now. I had to switch to a glass bottle a few weeks back because the metallic taste would seem to intensify when I was drinking out of my water bottle.
I have found gum helps.
