My SIL is driving me nuts

She is in town visiting.. And maybe I am being sensitive but she is driving me crazy. We also have had non stop house guests since Thanksgiving and quite frankly I am exhausted..and don't want to entertain anyone any more. I know the weather stinks in MA but people we are not running a Flordia B and B. My sIL is also a nurse so she thinks she knows everything abt kids and tells me these terrible stories abt her patients..ugh.. We are going to the zoo today and then she is going to babysit tonight for us.. And she leaves tomorrow.. Hopefully of it doesn't snow more in MA!! Sorry this is more of a vent then a question..

    Sorry to break it to you but another snowstorm/blizzard on Tues/Wed Hopefully your house guests will vacate and you can enjoy some quiet time

    Uff, that sounds like it would annoy me too! I hope today goes smoothly and that our SIL is on her plane home soon!

    I can totally sympathize!!! My MIL is here visiting and it's non stop advice from the 60's and 70's. Complete with water in the bottles and sleeping on your stomach. We've also had non stop guests since the babies are born. It's exhausting beyond belief. Hopefully it will end soon for the both of us, at least you can have fun at the zoo, it's too cold here.

    As a "Midwesterner" who has had lots of snow/cold weather I know I would run to Florida if I had the chance. We are getting more snow tonight and I know that storm is headed toward the NE next week. I hope you get a break from visitors and enjoy your warmer weather.

    I think it is tough to have a constant stream of guests and a baby.  It is nice that she'll babysit for you and you can have a night out-- you get away from her AND get couple time!

    Newsbaby-- my MIL LOVES the water in the bottle thing! She was obsessed with it for months, telling me all babies need bottles of water.  No matter how many times I told her breast milk met all my babies' nutritional needs, she would not give it up.  Then she moved on to telling me to give the boys "baby tea" from Germany.  Oy.
