When did your period start after your natural miscarriage?

I ask, because I always always start my period on the 18th or 19th of the month. I m/c on the 23rd of December. So I'm wondering if my periods will come around the 23rd now? I realize anything can happen...and it's diff for everyone. I've been cramping for a week and no period in sight...

I had twins, one in the ute and one ectopic, so it was hard to tell when the actual m/c happened. After they identified the beta problems, it was maybe a week and a half after that that the bleeding started. But I had an incomplete m/c and the one in my tube was still growing. Had MTX on Christmas eve, and then didn't bleed again until an actual period until february. The whole m/c took about a month, but only that one period in the beginning.

with one of miscarriage that i did not need a d&c i got my period about 4 weeks later and had some mild cramping.

After my late miscarriage and d&c it took me 6 weeks to get my period.

Mine was a late term loss (20w4d) so I had to deliver and then D&E. I didnt get a period back without drugs in the 3 months they let me go and try to get it on my own. But with my PCOS, that's not super rare regardless.

AF came 28 days after my m/c and I cramped for about a week prior...so, for me it was right on time. My cycles have been a bit wacky since, but not too bad. Hope yours comes soon!
