I'm just trying to get an idea of what everyone else does. My main concern is out Noon to 3 p.m. window. I feel like they should be getting some more food in between then, but they aren't acting like they are hungry, crying for food or anything like that. Our current schedule is as follows:
7 a.m. ish - wake up/bottle
8 am - breakfast usually a carb and a fruit
9ish to 11ish - naps
11a.m. - milk
Noon- lunch - a carb a veg and a protein
1ish to 3ish - naps
3 p.m. - milk and a snack usually puffs, crackers, goldfish, sometimes something fattening like a sausage b/c they both need to put on weight
6 p.m. dinner - carb, veg and protein
after that it's bath, bottle, book bed and they are in bed by 7 p.m.

At one year my DS had just dropped down to one nap a day, so I will try to remember what he did:
7:30am wake up and breakfast - fruit and carb, milk
9:30-10am: snack - sometimes more fruit, sometimes crackers or goldfish or something with water
11:30am: lunch - usually milk, yogurt, fruit or veggie, carb; sometimes sandwich - turkey, hummus or something.
12 or 12:30 - 3 or 3:30: nap
3:30: snack - again snacky foods - goldfish, cheese stick, etc with water
5:30pm: Dinner: protein, carb, veggie and milk
7pm bed
My DS never eats much - he is a carbaholic and loves his snack time. He has always been 10-25%, even as a baby.

Eliza is also just one nap per day.
7-8am - awake. 8oz bottle
9am- breakfast- cheerios and milk with a fruit or eggs, toast and fruit
10-11am -she goes down for a nap aprox 3-4hrs after she wakes for the day and sleeps 2-3hrs.
1-2ish - lunch - cheese, slice of deli turkey, whole grain bread, goldfish, yogurt, fruit
from lunch on - play
4pm - 4oz milk, but I am thinking of adding a snack in here
6pm - dinner - whatever we are eating plus fruit and veggies.
7pm - bedtime routine & 8oz bottle.
6:30 am: Wake up & bottle
8:30 am: Breakfast (toast w/ cream cheese, pancakes, waffles, yogurt, fruit)
9:30 am: Nap (1-2 hours)
12:00 pm: Lunch (quesadilla, grilled cheese, veggie burger, beans & cheese, etc.)
1:30 pm: Bottle
2:30 pm: Nap (1 hour)
6:00 pm: Dinner (like lunch, with fruit)
6:30 pm: Bottle & bed
There are some snacks thrown in there 2-3 times a day, too. Usually Kix, Cheerios, whole wheat bunny crackers, etc. And they get sippies of water, too.
After 2 rounds of IVF & 2 rounds of FET, we were blessed with identical twin girls!
