NSAIFR: Anyone have an amazing pork tenderloin/pork chop recipe?

I would prefer to do one in a crockpot since it may be easiest.  I am hit or miss with tenderloin.  I want something juicy and flavorful.  The only time I made tenderloin that turned out pretty good was a recipe that had apple, honey and oj in it.  Any other ides would be appreciated!!!

  •  Cranberry Porkloin

Dry Rub:, cinnamon, salt/pepper, all spice

    Topping:

    1can Whole Cranberry Sauce

    1can Mandarin Oranges with juice

Well rub the meat place in baking dish.  Combine fruits cover meat.  Bake at 350 degrees until done, about 1hr 15min or until correct temp.

We also do simple lime juice and onion crockpot  for pork butts to make easy tacos. 4 chunked onions, 4 limes chunked and squeezed, 1/4 cup minced garlic, just enough water to keep from burning.  Cook on high for 4hrs - AMAZING
