I feel like the walls are closing in on me in my house! I am in a serious mood to purge. My first room on the list is the office! I've already boxed up tons of books to donate.

Good for you!! We have had lots of snow as well (we are supposed to get another 4-6 inches tonight/tomorrow morning) so I understand. I wish I had the "purging" drive like you do.

My husband is the purger in our house. Unfortunately, he has a tendency to be short-sighted in his purging and has thrown out things we need! But I have to say that I love seeing clear surfaces in our house when it does happen.

Good for you! I so need to do this!! We have sooo much stuff (even after 3 garage sales, craigslist sales, and 2 rounds of donations.... I ended up with everything from my mom's and grandma's houses when we cleaned them out). I get so overwhelmed, and don't know where to begin, so I keep putting off the organizing. Now that DD has so much stuff, it is really cluttered in my house!! I keep joking that we just need to move and start over

I LOVE when I get in those moods! I usually end up boxing up a ton of stuff to donate. Then I give it a month, and if I haven't missed anything in the boxes, off it goes! Happy purging!

I really wish I had the energy to purge. I don't know where to begin - we have so much crap. And DH is SO not the purging type.
