Trouble TTC

Introduction

Hello.  I wanted to introduce myself over here as I have been lurking a little and am currently only posting on the TTC board, but I think some of my questions would be better answered over here.  I am only on cycle 10 in the journey TTC.  My doctor is starting out by sending my husband to an RE to get a sperm analysis because I have regular 29-33 day cycles, chart, use opks and all appear to correspond and show ovulation.  It does not appear I have any issues, but I have not been tested yet.  Hubby is 29 and I will be 29 in a few months.  We are starting to get kind of frustrated: I do understand most of this group has been trying far longer than us and my hat is off to you girls.  My hubby feels like it is something wrong with him, so we want to start with him to rule it out: plus the test for him is less invasive and cheaper.  I guess, the next month will tell.  I am sure I will have questions once we get the results.  If the results come back positive we will probably continue with what we have been doing another 4-5 months before seeking the help of an RE.  If not, we will immediately be transferred from my OBGYN to the RE's office.  I'm kind of in the in between stage right now.  Hoping things go well, but just starting the testing process.  I'm not sure how much I will post because I do not have answers because I am not experienced with all the procedures regarding testing and treating IF, but I am starting to read up and learn.  I would like this to be a further resource for me though.  I hope you will welcome me to this board.

I think at most $150.  I think my insurance will cover a large portion as well.

thanks I am always curious how much things cost in the US, all of our testing and appts. are covered, but we do have to pay for the treatments, there is one province in Canada that has fully covered IVF.
