Urine smells like vinegar?

DD woke up and she had a really full diaper that smelled stong of vinegar.

Is this something to worry about?  Or just a sinky pee?

    Maybe dehydrated.

    Was it dark yellow/brown urine as well as having a strong odor?  One of the signs of too little water.

    No but it was more yellow.  I'll keep her hydrated.

    DD's always has a very strong odor when she is teething.  She will usually have a leaky diaper those nights too and I have to wash her pjs separately because one wash won't get the odor out.  (I wash them with a little vinegar to help with the smell.)
