Henry - classic but popular... love Hank (but, biased)
Wesley - like, good friend associations from high school
Girls:
Emerson - I think of this snotty biotch of a SIL to my friend who named her daughter this. It makes me hate the name... And, I think LN turned FN sounding, and thus should be a boys' name.
I like your list! I'm a fan of boys names for girls--however, you will find that 99% of this board is not. I like Henry and Emerson the best.

"For this child I prayed; and the Lord hath given me the petition which I asked of him." 1 Samuel 1:27
"Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations." Jeremiah 1:5
Wesley is my favorite boy name. I also love the nickname Wes. Owen and Henry are also good, solid choices.
I don't care for your girl names because they all seem a bit masculine. Unisex names are generally not my style but I find these to be okay - Morgan, Avery, Marlow, Piper, Whitney, Aubrey, Sage, Remy, Rory, Mackenzie, Sloane, Taylor, Sydney, Reese and Adrian.
Of your girl choices, if you twisted my arm, I would pick Cameron.
I am shocked that so many people hate unisex girls names. We are DEFINITELY going that route, and are probably leaning towards Cameron. Also, so many are saying Owen is popular, but I have never seen one Owen over here.
Re: Kicking around a few names

Baby Name Popularity by State
Owen: ok
Henry: adore it
Wesley: growing on me
Emerson: unisex
Cameron: boys name
Riley: nms
Boys:
Owen - I like it.
Henry - I like it better than either of the other options.
Wesley - I like it. But it's DHs name, so I'm a bit biased.
Girls:
Emerson - Ugly, for a boy or girl.
Cameron - Definitely a boy's name in my book. Please don't use it on a girl.
Riley - Ugly, for a boy or girl.
Owen is good. I've always liked Owen.
Henry is insanely popular. I like it but there are soooo many of them.
Wesley is nice. I like it.
I don't like any of the girls names. Sorry.
I love Owen and Henry. Can't stand Wesley.
Not a fan of the girl names.

"Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations." Jeremiah 1:5
Boys -
Owen is cute but really popular.
Henry reminds me of an old man. I don't like it at all for anyone under age 60.
LOVE Wesley - that is our boy's choice.
Girls -
Emerson just makes me think of the off-brand electronics company.
Cameron is okay, but I tend not to like unisex names.
Riley is my favorite of your girl names, but again is unisex.
