Should I expect different symptoms with Femara then Clomid?

I did three months of clomid to no avail and will be starting Femara tonight. I've heard the symptoms are better. That being said, clomid wasn't too bad for me minus the hot flashes and wicked mood swings in my LP. Do people typically get more than one follie on Femara if they did on clomid. I got 2-3 follies each month on clomid. Should I expect the same on Femara?

    I produce less follies on Femara, but they seem to be bigger.

    On Clomid I had a thinner lining, hot flashes, blurred vision and mood swings but it did clear up my skin.

    On Femara I've had a better lining but it does make me more emotional and my skin is a wreck.  I'll trade that over the Clomid Crazies any day.

    I had similar side effects with both, headaches, lower back pain and being hormonal. But I also was taking injectables so who knows what side effect is from what med.
