So...I had a huge presentation today that I've been preparing all month for (in between being out for a week with our loss). I am supposed to be in the meeting presenting it now, but had a complete nervous breakdown.

I basically ran in our VPs office mid anxiety attack, broken out in hives, crying, shaking, said I couldn't do the presentation and ran out....

When does this get better???

I'm so sorry. Take care of you and take the time you need. It was hard for me to deal with any type of extra stress after my m/c. We were in the middle of getting approved to buy a house and I was interviewing for jobs. I feel like I near lost my mind. I'm hoping that time will help. ((Hugs to You))

(((hugs))) i am so sorry. I think time is the only answer, and I don't know if it ever gets really better, maybe just easier. That's how I feel right now anyway. Feel better, it sounds like you are doing to right thing to lie down and take a break.

I'm so sorry! There are good days and there are bad days. Just try to relax and take it easy today. It is easier to cope with the loss as time goes by, but it is still hard. After my loss I just wanted to hide out for awhile, but two months later I am feeling a lot more optimistic towards life in general. I still have bad days every once in awhile. Every women is different, but I hope that things will get better for you soon. It is okay to take some time out to just take care of yourself right now. (((HUGS)))

I'm so sorry!! I think we've all been there at some point.

I'm pretty sure that I lost a potential $100K+ client for our company with a less than stellar interview a week after my first loss.

As PP said, it really does get better over time.

I am so sorry. Grief can sometimes just come out of nowehere and knock you to you knees. It does get better. Please give yourself some time to heal, nothing is more important than making sure that you feel better emotionally and physically. ((HUGS))
