Whenever I embark on a new workout method, I always set goals. For the 30 Day Shred, I wanted to lose 13 pounds - more importantly inches and I wanted to fit into my "goal" jeans. For more well rounded goals, I just want to be able to complete the program to its fullest, feel healthier and be more happy about my body.
Good question! Yes, I set 2 goals. I have a pair of "goal pants" that I would like to wear on my trip to Florida. They are pants I have not been able to get into in over 4 years but they are beautiful and I spent $$ on them so I hang them in the basement (where I work out) as a visual reminder.
My other goal is that I would like to be able to do at least 5 standard push ups. When I started the Shred I could only do 3 knee push ups but now I can do 2 sets of 20 knee push ups and 1 standard push up. I just think women who can do standard push ups are bad a$$es.
