Hi ladies,
We're collecting input from experienced brides for our Colorado Knotties who are just starting to plan their big day. Do you have any words of wisdom to share?
If you haven't already responded to this thread on The Nest or The Knot, we'd love to hear your advice!
Thanks!

Re: Have Any Advice for New Brides?
I agree, the photographer is one of the most important components of your wedding. I think besides finding the groom, your dress and photographer are most important. All of the little details that you worked so hard to be perfect won't matter. I had so many things not go right at my wedding, but it didn't matter. I was happy that I loved my husband, we got married, and that we had pretty pictures.
I agree with the people so far. My biggest regret was my photographer. We ended up asking our guests for pictures they wanted to share.
Also have someone who will take charge of things because you shouldn't be dealing with the details on the day. Anytime I heard about an issue some told me "Janis has taken care of it" She made my day! We had a remote mountainside location with a bad road to it. I found out the next day that my cake decorator had re-iced the cake up there because it was damaged on the road.
