Take DD to ped?

One DD woke up last night with a rectal temp of 103.4.  After some motrin and Thomas, she seemed fine.  No obvious cold, etc and she wasn't complaining of any pain (although not sure how dependable she is with that yet).  Should I take her to the ped today?  Normally I'd wait something like that out a little longer, but of course today is Friday. :-)

    How does she seem today? If she seems to be acting/feeling normal, I wouldn't worry. If she spikes a fever again, I'd call the nurses line and see if they recommend that I bring her in.

    I wouldn't.  if it went down w/ Tylenol and she is acting herself (not lethargic or super duper cranky) I would wait it out.  hope she's better soon!
