cyst on ovary while pg

At my NT on Monday the tech found a "corpus luteum" cyst on my right ovary. It is 32 mm x 23 mm.

I know it's not a CL cyst because we did an u/s to see what side I was Oing on before conception (left) and it's the side where I actually have a tube. Also, at my 6 wk u/s all they found a CL cyst on my left ovary. Now that one is tiny, but this new one somehow appeared.

I asked my doctor about this after my u/s and he didn't have the report but I explained and he said that that is normal and if we follow it we will see it will go away on its own, but I wondered if anyone here has been through something similar or knows more about cysts in general than I do. I think I had one during one of my cycles at the RE and I think this size cyst is not that big, am I wrong? Anyone?

I had one early in my pregnancy. (And I was prone to cysts after each cycle before.) I don't remember much about it except it did rupture. One afternoon after having some lovin'... I had a blinding pain. I thought maybe it was just gas and the pain passed within a couple hours. At my next OB appointment the dr mentioned that it had ruptured and he was surprised that I hadn't noticed it. It all kind of clicked then. I told him that I DID notice it, but I just didn't know that it was!

I had one rupture while I was pg (and another 3 rupture when I wasn't pg). My OB knew it was there and it was being monitored but there wasn't anything more they could do about it. I was 23 weeks pg with dd when it ruptured. I spent the night in l&d so they could monitor me and confirm it was the cyst and give me meds to help with the pain. I was fine by the morning and released from the hospital.
