Ocean Pointe

My husband and I have lived in Kapolei at Barber's Point since 2008 and recently we visited a cousin who stayed at Ocean Pointe in Ewa Beach. We LOVED the neighborhood and are thinking of moving there in the next year once our lease is up. Does anyone have an idea of any realators who may have some good insights for the area ???? Thank you ladies :-D

    I think any realtor you contact would be able to help you since there has been a ton of development of Ewa Beach.  I have personally used and highly recommend Dusty Woodstock of Woodstock Properties, Inc.  She even has some current listings at Ocean Pointe.  I've also heard good things about Eva Robello of Prudential Homes from a neighbor who recently bought a property.

    One thing to keep in mind is the traffic going into and coming out of Ewa Beach.  Fort Weaver Road is a PITA during rush hour and even worse if there's an accident.  Good Luck!

    I love OP.  The new road has relieved some traffic, but it can still be a mess. Luckily, I don't commute.  Yumi Laney https://yumilaney.com/    I used her, she is my friend's sister.  My friends live in Gentry, I like it there too.  Back when we bought, the prices at Gentry were better, but I love OP.
