I was on WW in 2009 and lost about 40lbs. I've gained around 10-15 back and I'm going back on Tuesday. I have an app on my phone that gives me all the points and says I have 33 daily points. On the old plan, I was at 25 points.
So my question for those who have been on both plans: do you find the new plan to be easier? Do you have links for common foods and their points?

OP To answer your question. I would say that both versions are equally easy to follow and I personally like the new plan. It makes sense to me and is more in keeping with current food science. Hopefully you will take to it easily. I think the biggest complaint that I have heard is there is no longer a points slider, you have to use a calculator. The best thing across the board is that fruit no longer has points! Good luck!
