Another Ultrasound, this one with NT measurements

Sorry in advance for the formatting. I'm posting from my phone. I had my weekly ultrasound today and thankfully the baby still looks good. I didn't think the doc would check the NT measurements (I have an appt with my regular ob for that) but she did and it was normal so that is great news. My natural killer cells remain elevated and I got another IV of intralipids to try and combat that. I've been feeling a lot of cramping this past week but that can be normal, right? I hope the next few weeks fly by. The closer to 14 weeks I get the more nervous I am.

Secondary infertility success with IVF, then two losses, one at 14 weeks and one at 10 weeks, then success with IUI and then just pure, crazy luck.  Expecting our fifth in May as the result of a FET.

    That is great that everything is looking normal. Cramping is normal as your ute stretches. Lots of thoughts and prayers for you over the next 3 weeks. That is a tough milestone to get past I am sure.

    good to hear. I just met with an immunologist this am, (the only one around here that has anything to do with RE/IF stuff) and he suggests 20 prednisone until 20 weeks, then stay on that dose e/o day until 24 weeks or birth depending on preference, or severity. Something to consider or discuss with your doc.

    FWIW, he gives NO credit to lipids, but does validate NKA and T cell activity.

    I'm so glad everything looked good with your NT measurement!  I hope things continue to progress well with this pregnancy so you can enjoy it.

    I am glad you had another good appt. I am anxious for you to get over the nervous hump to a point where you will be able to start enjoying pregnancy a bit more ( that is not meant as a criticism at all)

    So happy all is looking well. I had cramping on & off pretty much all of my 1st tri, so it was def normal for me. Praying all continues to go smoothly.
