Day 11 of P90x

Well I am super sore and achy I hope my body bounces back soon! First weigh in was Day 6 and I lost 2lbs....I'll take it.  Any one else doing P90x?

  • Day 11?!  I'm jealous.  I will be doing the day 3 workout tonight!  HOLY COW - I am SORE!  My arms are about to fall off from the Chest and Back workout on Day 1, and I'm supposed to do Arms and Shoulders today?!  I'm not really sure how that's going to work, since I can barely lift my arms over my head?  Did you have this problem the first week?  I am in pretty good shape cardio wise, but I have ZERO muscle -especially upper body- which is why I decided to give this a try!

  • At 6 weeks PP I started (and completed) the 13 week program and I'm now doing a bastardized version of the P90X maintenance program. The results were terrific! I didn't do the nutrition part of it because at 6 weeks PP I was already at my pre-pregger weight so I just needed to tone everything. Plus I was BFing so I just focused on eating a lot of really healthy food.

    Stick with it!!!

     Yes still sore!! My arms are killing me and I'm started week 3 yesterday I hope it does get easier!

  • I am TTC and starting phase 3 tomorrow. I have only lost 3#, but everything about my body has changed. I actually gained 2# during phase 1. 

     

    My pants are looser in the waist, butt and thighs.  I no longer look pg when I am not. My arms rock. And... I can carry 2 loads of laundry up the stairs at the same time. 

    Keep pushing play, the changes are small but steady. 

    I make cute babies.
