  Thank you.  I have seen that one, and it makes me very happy, but the link I posted in the OP has a lot more statistics about going overdue, big babies, use of various induction methods, etc. and how they affect/don't affect the risk or success of VBAC.

  Ahhh... Now we're on the same page I wonder if the practice bulletin with the newer guidelines just hasn't been published yet...

  EDIT:  It is listed as being in the August 2010 Practice Bulletin #115, but I'm unable to access it on ACOG's site without a membership.  But it's definitely been published. HTH.
