i can type again!  i hijacked my husband's usb keyboard to use on my laptop, lol

my screen somehow broke over a month ago, but the part is on backorder... so i'm using an external monitor... well this morning all of a sudden i can't get it to work when my laptop is open, only when it's shut :| so no keyboard...

i hope it fixes itself soon...  at least now i can properly type to contact support, lol

    Do you have an external mouse of some sort too?  I would imagine that could make things complicated if you don't.  Glad you found a solution, though!

    Yea, I always use a little mouse anyhow.  I'm not fond of the pad.  It's driving me nuts though because it's really hard to get any blogging done with a makeshift set up here :|
