Now that I'm officially done with pumping...looking to take some vitamins and supplements but need to know what to take. I'm thinking of fish oil, probotics, multi...what else?
Don't forget B complex. It helps with stress. I second Vitamin D and fish oil, only take about 4 fish oil capsules instead of what is on the package. It's not nearly enough to actually do anything good to your body if you don't take more.
