Avent Nipplette

has anyone used this?  and reviews?  TIA!  it says to use ideally before becoming pregnant, and this was a huge issue with BF'ing my son so I would like to be more pro-active about this issue this time around.

    I tried it during my 2nd trimester (not supposed to use during 3rd trimester b/c it can lead to contractions) and I was disappointed.  I was hoping it would "cure" my inverted nipples but I found it cumbersome to use.  I only tried to use them at home (too bulky to wear out for me) and they would constantly fall off even though I put some petroleum jelly on the rims to help them stick better.  Eventually, I was able to get LO to latch on using a nipple shield.
