Alabama Babies

If you have bought from Dibble Dabble or Dibble Dabble Dandy come in please!

Do their smocked dresses run true to size, big or small?  I have found one on there that I am considering buying but I can't decide what size I should get Aubrey.  She is currently wearing 12 months, but this dress is for Easter so I am thinking an 18 month but if they run small I might need to get a 2.  Thanks for any help :)

  • I think they are pretty true to size.  I would get the 18M...the 2 would probably swallow her.

  • I think they run pretty true to size as well.

Note... if it's a bishop dress, sometimes I'll order a size up (like now I'll order a size 3) and then I hem the dress so that I can get two years worth out of the dress... which I think is worth doing, especially if the dress is some kind of holiday-themed dress.

Also, and this is just me, but the stuff I've ordered from Dibble Dabble as well as Lolly Wolly Doodle has been touch and go. I really like some of their stuff, but sometimes the quality isn't as great as I'd hoped, imo. Recently I've tried to stick to facebook sellers that sell name brand smocked stuff so I know what the quality is going to be.
