Week 9 Brown Discharge??

I know I am being a typical first time preggers mom but I can't help but freak out a little. I have been having the worst time with constipation so my belly feels kinda crampy all the time. Now I am having some brown discharge. When I called my OB on-call last night she said not to worry unless it turns bright red but I am having trouble not thinking about it. Anyone else have this problem? Is everything ok??

    I had a lot of brown spotting in the first trimester. My OB said it was completely normal. I even had red spotting after sex and apparently that is normal as well. It's completely natural to be worried, you get so attached to the little one right away. I too am a first time prego and even at 22 weeks freak out about new side effects.     Thank you! I ended up stopping into the dr's just to give me a little peace of mind. Everything was find and the baby is starting to move around :) Good luck to you as well!
