  DD was still taking 2 naps a day at 17 months.  Over the last few weeks, she has been dropping to one nap but she is super tired once it is bedtime.  She is usually up at 7:00, nap by 12:30, will usually sleep for 3 hours, and bedtime at 7:30.

  My son gets up around 6:30 or 7. Diaper/outfit change right away. Nurses. Off to daycare at 7:30. There, he eats breakfast around 8:30. Snack around 10-ish. Plays after breakfast til lunch around 12. Nap from 12:45 to 2:45. Plays til I get him at 4:30. Nurses at 5. Dinner at 6. Play & snack til bath at 8. Bedtime at 8:30 or 8:45.

  I think that covers it. We dropped his morning nap around 12 months and moved up his afternoon nap a bit. He had been showing cues he was ready, though--like giving us a hard time going down for both naps.

  Only one nap around 12:30 - bed around 7-7:30

  DD has been on only one nap at day since she moved to the toddler room at daycare at 13months old.    They eat lunch at 11 and begin nap time around 11:30.     She naps anywhere from 45mins. to 2 hours.
