NTR-Good gift idea or not

My Mom's birthday is coming up, and I found a potential gift, but I need opinons...

My Mom is very proud be to Scottish-if it's Scottish related, she loves it. I found online, where you could buy 1 square foot of Scottish land (you register the land, and it would be officially yours...along the same lines of naming a star after someone)

Part of me knows she would get a kick out of it. But the other part of me thinks it's not practical.

Thoughts?

    The cost is only $35. According to the description, the money helps to restore some famous castle..so it sounds like basically in exchange for giving money for this castle, they will allow a square foot of land be in your name.

    Ahh, i see. So it might be the castle grounds that you would be getting.
