I was just curious what you ladies do after the 30-day shred? Do you just repeat it? Do you start a new program? What do you do to keep your new bodies in shape?
I have been wondering the same thing. I know I want to do the 6 pack abs in 6 weeks video. I was thinking I'll probably just continue doing the shred, varying the levels and maybe even doing more than 1 level during the day - if I'm in that good of shape by then.
I've been contemplating this too... I want to do P-90X or Zumba videos, but i may take a "break" and run on the treadmill for a week before starting a new program.

Netflix has the other Biggest Loser workout DVD's now so I may try those, though after being spoiled by 20- min workouts I'm not sure I could get into a full-length one!
