5 weeks postpartum

I stopped bleeding for a couple of weeks, it was more like spotting, now 2 days ago i started bleeding a lot more, bright red blood, more like a heavier period, i have light cramping, a week ago i also started the mini pill, is this a period or still bleeding from postpartum?

    I had a c section but I think its the same for natural birth in that the average goes up to 6 weeks PP. But some women could go longer. If your worried call your doc but it seems normal

    The same thing happened to me. I called my midwife and she said I started my period already. :(
