You've Been Blocked

I've never done this before, but I blocked someone on here today {I think y'all know who...} but what excatly does "Blocking" do?  Will that restrict her from reading old posts & PMs too?

Before I knew she was an AE, I'd had some correspondence via PM...

    I accidentally blocked MrsSamuels once, but I think it only blocked me from seeing her posts...from what I remember she could still read mine.

    It only blocks you being able to see her posts because I remember when Stars blocked her she continued to make comments on what Stars was saying but Stars couldn't see them.

    yeah, when I looked on the board, I could see that she was the last one to reply to a post I wrote-but when I opened my post, I couldn't see her comments anymore.

    of course, that suits me fine. I'm sure it's amusing but I like not seeing them, lol.

    Thanks y'all! And I'm sure if there was anything "off" or scary {something where you'd suspect that person knows a little too much...} please let me know since I can't read her posts anymore.

    There were 2 separate posts fairly recently that made me concerned for safety. I HATE that we even have to worry about it because in my 2.5 years of being on this Board, this is the first time I've seen it.
