  I'm using Hypnobabies, but not sure if that is the sort of thing you are looking for. I was looking at some of the relaxation CDs at Target the other day... the nature sounds type...I may pick one of those up and toss it in my hospital bag.

  I am using Hypnobabies too, but it is a full program to be used for weeks before delivery too, so I'm not sure that's what you are looking for.
