Hi ladies,

I am new here. I just had a miscarriage this past weekend. I was feeling quite ill, a lot of back pain and I knew something was not right. I was 5 weeks into my second pregnancy. 

 It has been a complete shock. You hear stories about miscarriage from your friends but never believe it could or would happen to you. I am the only one if my family that has ever suffered a miscarriage. the pain, anger and frustration has just been so unreal. I have to thank my husband for being so amazing. He is going through his own pain and has been a complete anchor for me. 

Right now, i am just waiting for the pain and anger to subside. thank god for my husband and for DD. She keeps me busy and focused on the positive things.

    I am so very sorry to hear about your loss. I am new here too waiting to naturally miscarry our baby.

    I am so sorry for your loss.  Like you, I never thought it would happen to me.  I was so naive.  It's good to hear that your husband has been so supportive.  The women on this board have helped me tremendously and hopefully you will come to feel the same way.

    I am so sorry for your loss honey.  ~big hugs~ I know how hard this time can be and I am glad that you are here to find some support.  I hope that your pain eases soon.

    I am so sorry for your loss.  You are certainly welcome here.  I felt like you described, I felt pretty invincible even though I was worried and anxious, and then wham!  the worst news ever.  (((hugs)))  I am glad that you have your husband and daughter to comfort you.

    I am so sorry for your loss.  I too was like you....completely shocked.  It was my third pregnancy (no miscarriages) and I was 13 weeks along.  I had already seen the baby and heartbeat and then it was gone.  It is so sad and 3 weeks later I am still sad and confused.  It doesn't help either that I still am spotting from d&c and getting a positive HPT.  I just want my normal body back.  Good luck to you and you are in the right place.  THis board has been my saving grace.
