We did the 4d ultrasound at 37 weeks so she was already full-term but yes, she definitely came out looking like the baby in the pictures!

Yes!! The 3D for this LO looked exactly like my first son when he was born- and they did look the same when first born! It's pretty cool!

Mine are in my Siggy...what do you think? I think so...those were done at 36 wks and she was born at 37 wks.
