We were finally able to take our baby boy home today- on his one week birthday! Feels like heaven to have Jonah home with us! We have a Ped appointment tomorrow morning to follow-up and do a bilirubin check again. I'm praying it continues to go down/stabilize. I don't want to end up back in the NICU ever again!
