  • Windemere is a good site- you can view where houses are on a map and the click it for info on the home.

    I also like Yahoo Realty

    Realtor.com sucks these days

  • www.johnlscott.com and www.windermere.com are my favorites.

I stay far far FAR away from Zillow.  It's not a real estate website but some home-buying sites will recommend looking at it to get an idea of the ballpark price of a certain area.   It's never ever ever even close to being accurate.  At least not for SnoCo.

You don't understand the appeal of Benedict Cumberbatch / think he's fug / don't know who he is? WATCH SHERLOCK.  Until you do, your negative opinion of him will not be taken seriously.

  • We used two sites when looking for our house:

redfin.com - great because it shows the history of the listing (what price it started at, when it changed, etc), has school district info, great maps, etc.

themlsonline.com - good because it shows ALL the houses on the market (redfin doesn't always show everything, but most).

THIS!  Zillow also has our home listed as 2 bed and one bath or something way off base like that.  Just say no to Zillow!

You can log into Zillow and 'claim' your house. That will let you change this info...

My fav site is by far redfin.com.
