I lost all the weight in 2 weeks. Was mostly water and my arms and legs were thinner than when I got pregnant.
But 4 years later I put it all back on and there is no 10 lb baby in my belly.
ETA: I was overweight when I got pregnant. I ate healthier when I was pregnant (seems easier for me to have self-control for the baby's benefit) and she really got everything first. So while I was gaining weight in the middle I was losing fat (and probably some muscle) everywhere else. Then I retained so much water and M got so big. So an eventually 10 lb+ baby plus a LOT of fluids made me appear like i was gaining too much weight so per doc's orders I really ate carefully. So 2 weeks after M was born my body had fully flushed out all the excess water and I'd obviously dropped 1/4 of the weight by just getting her out of me and probably another 1/4 with all the other "stuff" that comes out.

I am pulling out the SS because I have two and it was different with both. After J was born it took about 3 months to get back to my PPW. It was about a year until I was down to my ideal weight(I weighed less than before I got pregnant). With Gabriel I never lost it all before I found out I was pregnant with #3.
The number on the scale was back to my pre-pregnancy weight within a couple months. But I'm afraid my shape and texture will never be the same, lol. After this baby is born I am going to make more of an effort to really get in shape. I didn't do that after Natalie was born because I figured I'd just be pregnant again soon...took longer than anticipated. Oh well.

I voted 12+ months, but wait! I have a SS explanation!! I was very skinny when I got pregnant, like the lightest I've been since I quit dancing in college, I was a good 3-5lbs under my normal (still skinny) weight. I got back to my "normal" weight around 9-10 months post baby, when I got serious about running again. Then the holidays happened and I quit running so much and now I'm about 5lbs above my "normal" weight which puts me about 8-10 lbs above where I was when I got pregnant. Le sigh. SO really my current weight is not the baby's fault but I can't really say that I lost it all either.
Oh and even minus the weight I gained at Christmas, my abs may never be the same, I'm planning a memorial service for them.
My big boy is bounding towards 4! Baby brother coming in October!
By 9 months the scale said I was back at my pre-pregnancy weight (and over the holidays I gained 5 lbs and then dropped them again) but I sure don't look like my pre-pregnancy weight.
This horrible belly of fluff, not going away on its own. Oh, and I was not at my ideal weight when I got pregnant. Damn fertility drugs. I was about 10 lbs over where I wanted to be, so now I am still 10 lbs over where I want to be.
Sadly, I know we will want a second baby (sooner rather than later because of my age) so I'm not really trying to lose all of the belly icky-ness. I figure it will just come right back. After kid #2 I will want to do P90X and get in awesome shape. Or that is my plan, which will probably not translate to reality.

I gained 38. I have, I think, about 15 to lose. I don't own a scale, which is probably for the better. My son will be 10 months next week. I joined a gym because what I was doing on my own was not enough. In two weeks I can tell I'm losing weight, or inches. I still cannot fit into any of my pre pregnancy jeans...but I'm getting closer. I also have to probably accept the fact that some of my pre baby clothes will never fit due to DS widening out everything to make room to grow in my belly! The belly flub is the worst for me, I never had it before and it makes me super uncomfortable, so I'm hoping the added exercise will help get rid of it!
I clicked wrong - I'd lost it all by about 3 months, but I was at my lowest point (10 under) at 6 months.
The my bfing slowed down but my eating didn't and I started to creep back up close to my pp weight. I've since gone back down to the 10 under, but I've had to work a LOT harder at it.
At my 6 wk pp check-up I was back to pre-baby weight but I wasn't the "same" as far as belly flab goes until 9 months. I continued to lose weight throughout DS's first year thanks to my BFF called BFing. Honestly, I can't act like I did anything other than BF to shed the pounds. (not that BFing isn't a ton of work but it's awesome to sit on the couch and burn calories! )
I'm currently well below pre-baby weight but that's bc of other health issues.

My little man is just over 6 months and I am 5lbs from PPW. So I picked 6-9. I am wearing all my PP clothes and actually they are big on me. PG rearranged my entire body. I still have the belly fluff (good word!) that doesn't seem to tighten at all. Not sure it ever will. Probably looking at tummy tuck, but I wont do that for at least 3 years.
I had to stop breastfeeding A to lose the last 8-10lbs...so 14 months before it was all off.
It looks like things are going to go the exact same way this time. I'm toning and gaining muscle, but not losing as much as I'd like. I'll get there...perhaps 6 months from now when I stop nursing DD.
I lose it quick. Then, I gain it back after the baby ages and nurses less. So, I have a brief period of being nicely thin following my children which almost makes up for how miserable I can get post-partum otherwise.
I lost a lot of it quickly, but I think the rest was off by 4 months or so. I honestly don't remember, but I started doing pilates 2 days a a week when Tracey was 13 months, shortly before she weaned. That has made a difference in my shape, especially my stomach, and I'm now a couple of pounds below my pre pregnancy weight.
#2 still working on it . I got super close before Christmas and then I blew it!!! I've still got about 8lbs to go.... My "shape" will never be the same again... unless I win the lottery and get some "help".
I lost it all by 3 weeks. However, thanks to the Christmas holidays I put 3 pounds back on. It doesn't sound like much but is enough that my jeans do not fit. At 5'2 it makes a difference! I need to work out more since I love to eat, but finding time is way harder than I had anticipated.
I voted 3 months or less, but I have a SS explanation too.
I left the hospital below my pp weight. I only gained 13 lbs my entire pregnancy. BUT I gained it all back and then some. I was also (and still am) overweight.
I had lost all but three pounds of the 26 I gained by about 3 months pp. It took a few months to lose those three pounds and by the time I weaned DD at 14 months I was about 3 pounds below pp...

i gained about 40 lbs total, but near the end i was packing on the fluid.
at 8 days i had lost all but 10 lbs. it took me about 4.5 months to lose those last 10.
#1 never lost it...
#2 still working on it

I only gainedd 25 pounds and lost it all within a month but now I just need to tone up and my body just looks different!
