1. I've been trying to keep my daily calorie intake to 1000 calories a day and I started taking Zumba classes two months ago.
2. Beginning of November.....lost 8 lbs since starting.
3. My goal is to lose 5 more lbs. That will put me at my pre-pregnancy weight before having Adrianna. I would really like to lose 10 and get back down to my REAL pre-pregnancy weight before ever having kids, but I think that might be a little unrealistic for me since I am 34 and have had two babies, but we'll see.
4. Hell, yes, I am definitely sticking to it! I hate not liking the way my clothes fit!
I'll join in after April. BTW Mel, how do you like the new WW program? I thought about doing it after I had Carley, but I wasn't sure about the whole points thing.
1) are you on a diet plan? made a lifestyle change? Not so much a "diet plan" just a change in what I eat. No more fast food or greasy foods.
2) when did you start? I started the P90X about 2 weeks ago. The first week I did the work outs at night, this week I am making the effort in waking up at 5am and doing my workouts. I have noticed a drastic improvement in my energy and my metabolism.
3) what is your goal? My ultimate goal is to loose ALL my pregnancy weight from both kids. But for now my goal is to loose 10lbs at a time and taking pictures as I go.
4) are you sticking to it? Yes, so far so good!! I'm very proud of myself. Mario is also doing the work outs, so we have each others support and even the kids!
5) would weekly (or more) check-ins here help you? Either will work.
1) are you on a diet plan? made a lifestyle change? No official diet going on. I've been wanting to start exercise more than actually dieting.2) when did you start? 3) what is your goal? I don't necessarily have a goal weight. I'd like to lose an add'l 10 lbs but I want to tone up so I know that will create muscles, which will weigh more. I found 2 pairs of capris that I love. My goal is to fit in them by the summer (or maybe have them be too big).4) are you sticking to it? No. I told Dh that I wanted to start exercising to get me more motivated, but haven't started. Hopefully Monday. I want to walk/jog the park a couple of days a wk, and do some exercise videos a couple of days a wk.5) would weekly (or more) check-ins here help you? Sure!

I personally have plans to join WW after little miss is born, but I will be going to a center. I find having to weigh-in in front of someone keeps me more disciplined!

1) are you on a diet plan? made a lifestyle change?
Joined WW online
2) when did you start?
January 3rd
3) what is your goal?
I would love to be 50 lbs lighter by next Christmas. I thought 1 lb a week could get me there. For now, I'm going with small goals that WW has set up.
4) are you sticking to it?
I've been really good with it, and for some reason found with the new program I am not hungry. I actually feel good when I eat and have noticed I am definitely eating much "healthier" food, not just low in point foods.
5) would weekly (or more) check-ins here help you?
1) Diet - counting calories using the Lose It! app on my iPhone. To lose a pound a week, I can eat about 1350 calories on the days I don't exercise. I get to add calories when I actually work out.
2) Last week.
3) My pre-pregnancy weight. I am about 8-10 lbs. over it (depending on when I weigh myself). I lost it all right after she was born, but as I gradually stopped breastfeeding and then with the holidays I gained these extra 8-10 lbs. back.
4) So-so. It's not an easy diet and I haven't stuck to it every day like I should. I think it will take another week or so to get used to it and ease myself into it and then hopefully I'll be good about following it every single day.
1) not really a diet plan as much as like, that good old fashioned, eat less - move more. I have been eating small meals more frequently, and not stopping alllll day... i dont necessarily have tiem to go to the gym everyday, but i take more steps in a day, such as parking father from the mall, walking to the park with my kids a couple times a week, etc.
2) i started the last week of november.
3) my goal is to lose fifty lbs. by thanksgiving =]
4) i am! i;ve lost 12.5 lbs. so far (1.5 lbs per week on average)
5) i would love to participate =] last time we were doing this i was pg with Jude, so now i hope to chime in!
1) are you on a diet plan? made a lifestyle change? I'm trying to be more conscious of what I eat. It helps that my hubby is into exercising and eating healthy too.
2) when did you start? Thats an interesting question. I periodically start and stop
3) what is your goal? I'd like to lose 13 lbs
4) are you sticking to it? I'm trying to. Ive exercised every day this week, which is a whole lot more than I ever have. Changing up the exercise helps too. I've been doing zumba, dancing with the kinect, and last night I started my sexy girl videos at home.
5) would weekly (or more) check-ins here help you? For sure! Having to report back to someone keeps me in check!
