Needed to make myself chuckle today girls...

Dear Tenant:

I am hereby issuing you a 20 day notice of eviction. You have 20 days to pack up your placenta, amniotic sac and any other personal belongings and vacate the premises. If you do not vacate within 20 days you will be physically removed from the property. You are being evicted due to breech of contract and destruction of property.

You have added your own expansions to the FRONT and BACK of the house without my approval and have caused major leaks on both levels of the home. There have been numerous complaints against you for night disturbances which include thumping on the walls all night long. Your hard partying ways and non-cooperation are making me sick. Once again, you have 20 days to vacate or face physical removal. Thank you.
