Red Cheek Hot to touch - Teething?

This am I noticed DS has one red cheek and its hot to touch.  I gave him some tylenol.  Two hours later its still red.  He is a "HAPPY" baby so its hard to tell when he is not well.  Last night he was fussy and chewing on his thumb.  Any ideas?  TIA.

    My LO gets super red cheeks all the time, and they are always hot. But no fever. I honestly have no idea what it could be. I asked the Dr. he said, it was normal in babies to get hot fast, when playing or outside. I dunno? lol

    My DS gets the same thing right around the time he is going to pop a tooth.  He is working on his first 2 year molar right now and his cheek is red and hot to the touch.

    My daughter's cheeks get red when she is teething with or without a fever.

    My daughter has been sick with a cold and so I've been keeping a close eye on her body tempature. She hasn't had a fever since Monday morning, but her cheeks have been rosy during the day. I've also started to think that maybe the rosy cheeks are due to teething. I know she's cutting several top teeth and her hand has been shoved in her mouth quite a bit lately.

    Either teething or getting sick.

    DD's cheeks have been red and hot the past few days and she just started getting sick.  Woke up at 4:30 with a fever and very hot cheeks.
