1st Follie Check for IVF#1...(PAIFW/SAIFW)

After being on stims for 6 days I have 10 follies! I have 5 on my right (1-12, 2-11's, and 2-10's) and 5 on my left (2-11's, 3-10's). She said I have a few others that are not measurable that could catch up. Also my lining was a 9!!

IVFers, she said I could trigger as early as Sunday. What do you ladies think?

    Sounds great ! My RE considered follies to be mature at 18mm. On Sunday, most, if not all, of those should be right around that size (since they grow around 2mm a day). Some of the small ones may even take off running and get to that point as well. Good luck !!!

    That's a great follie check! I definitely think you could trigger by Sunday. My RE says follies grow 2-3mm a day and he considers 16mm mature.

    I hope you get a dozen (or more!) early next week;)  I feel good, thanks for asking. I was groggy most of the day yesterday and super bloated, but I feel much better this morning. I'm just trying to stay positive, my RE doesn't do fert reports so I have no idea what's going on with my embies and I'm trying not to think too much about it!

    The want most of them on the same size not to sacrifice the lead and leave small ones behind.

    Good luck! I had my first retrieval yesterday and everything went pretty well... 17 eggs retrieved! The retrieval wasn't too bad... I woke up very well...

    Maddie I just made a post about it. I was hoping for a weekend ER but not realistic for me. At this point I can't believe it's happening.

    I hear ya! I will be the same way. When did they say you could test?

     They don't want me to test on my own but come in on 1/29 for a beta. At that point, it will be 17 days after ER. I would "think" that if AF plans on showing, she will before that. Even so, I "may" test in a week. I'm just so afraid of testing, having it be + and then have a really low beta #. Since "beta day" is a Sat, I'm debating just waiting it out.

    Sounds great!  Follies can grow pretty quickly while stimming.  So, you could easily trigger by Sundary.  When do you go back for monitoring?  Good luck!

    ~SAIF/PAIF/Everyone Welcome~ 

    Me= 37 and DH = 41 

    Dx: DOR, Endo, APA+ (really high beta 2 glycoprotein antibody and high everything else tested), heterozygous MTHFR mutation, positive for lupus anticoagulant, high FSH, low AMH and both tubes blocked (per HSG on 3/8/11)

    IVF #1 - long lupron (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 4 retrieved, 3 fertilized; ET 2 blasts and 1 frozen = BFN

    IVF #2 - a version of antagonist with EPP (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 6 retrieved, 4 mature, 3 fertilized, 2 blasts and 1 frozen blast transferred on day 5 = BFN.

    IVF #3 April was postponed to May, May was canceled. June/July was canceled. Had a cyst aspiration and then began IVF #3 in August. ER on 8/22; ET on 8/24 with AH. +HPT on 9/5. Beta #1 (11dpo) = 3; Beta #2 (15dpo) = 29; Beta #3 (17dpo) = 60; Beta #4 (19 dpo) = 118. Heartbeat at 6 weeks 6 days =132.  Lil is here!

    TTC#2:  Trigger + TI = BFN; Clomid + Trigger + IUI = BFN.

    IVF #4:  BCP + MDLF + Lovenox = 7R, 1F = Transferred 1 6-cell embryo on day 3 = BFN

    IVF #5:  MDLF + Lovenox = 4R, 1F = Transferred 1 10-cell compacting embryo on day 3 = BFN

    IVF #6:  (New RE):  Long Antagonist November 2014 (transferred two 8 cell grade 1 embryos and froze one blast) = BFN

    FET#1:  BFN
