Red blood

I had red blood when I went to the bathroom just now, and of course I'm trying to stay calm but secretly panicking. I have both kids here that I watch, too, so it's going to make resting and possibly going into the doctor even harder.

I'm hoping it's nothing. Please think positive thoughts!

Most of my spotting that I've had has been either red or pink. Nothing has ended up being wrong. I hope it's the same for you!

Did you recently have sex? DH and I had sex on Sunday morning (nothing crazy, we took it easy) and that evening I had red blood. I'm thinking it wasn't from my cervix but possibly the vaginal walls. I'm hearing more often now that everything is very sensitive down there b/c of the change in hormones!!

No, not since Sunday. That would happen to me every now and then with my first pregnancy. This time I have no idea why. I'm hoping it's nothing. But I am getting nervous.

I haven't always been able to pin point a reason why either. If it makes you feel better, call your doctor! It is always helpful to get the reassurance.

Make a note of how much and how long it lasts, and put a call in to the doc. They may or may not want to see you, but could hopefully at least give you some reassurance.
