Vacation Ideas

We don?t have a lot of money for a vacation this summer, so I am trying to come up with ideas on where to go.  I want DS to have fun too.  Any ideas on where to take a (then) 18 month old?

    Drive to a beach and rent a house.

    Mini trip to Orlando and spend a day in Magic Kingdom or Sea World.

    Camping/fishing/boating if DS loves the outdoors.

    Can you find a hotel near the beach? Usually much cheaper if not right on the beach.

    Is there a nice water park by you?

    Could you plan a few day trips? Not sure what is "close" to you...

    Are there any festivals around or within driving distance?
