Nap strike since sleeping through the night?

My LO just started sleeping through the night 3 days ago but refuses naps now.  anyone else have this happen?  Any advice?  TIA

    DD did this... she started consistently STTN on Christmas but then her naps got progressively shorter, and then after a few days were nonexistent. She went back to her normal schedule after a week or so, but then she got sick which threw everything off (night and day sleeping), so we're just hoping that she starts STTN again soon!!
