I read the article. Just a heads up, people shouldn't talk about (or ask about) multiples being "natural". It implies that people who went through fertility treatments have unnatural children.
I always just assume that most twins these days are 'unnatural' and that the parents went through fertility treatments. I would never ask. They'll tell if they want to.
And to hijack the post again . . . if one needs a word to describe children not conceived through infertility treatments, spontaneous is a good one. For instance, there was recently a set of spontaneous identical triplets born in Portland.

This exactly! There is always a chance for twins. My fraternal twins are spontaneous with no family history of twins.

I have one natural child (still in utero) and one 'unnatural' one.
